Shrink wrap is a fast and highly effective way to create tamper proof, sealed enclosures to protect goods from moisture and dirt. As with all packaging its primary purpose is to make sure that your goods are protected. Protect and stabilise loads with shrink wrap, pallet covers and shrink wrapping equipment.
Shrink wrap is perfect for protecting pallets. Shrink wrap forms a tight puncture-resistant film to give pallet loads outstanding protection.Shrink wrap can be used to secure pallets containing lots of small awkward items. It fits closely to the contours of your products and adds a waterproof layer.Shrink wrap uses stretch film uses no adhesives therefore no sticky residue is left behind when removed.
Pallet shrink covers can be used to cover a whole pallet quickly via the use of a heat gun. These pallet covers are simply pulled over the whole pallet and sealed underneath with a heat gun.

Pallet shrink wrap
- Pallet shrink wrap is a way to contain small items for shipping or storage.
- Shrink wrap eliminates the need for tape, string, strapping and other conventional securing methods.
- Pallet shrink wrap is tacky on one side, it will not damage product surfaces in any way.
- For flush core pallet wrap the core equals the film width. For extended core pallet wrap the core is wider than the film so there is no need for a dispenser.

- Black pallet shrink wrap can be used to shield items from view.
- To use shrink wrap in the correct manner, tension must be applied as it is wrapped around the items. The shrink wrap must be pulled taut as it is wrapped around the items. No heat is required.
- Shrink polyethylene film is a traditional packaging system that allows you to wrap the products fitting perfectly to their shape and keeping them firmly enclosed and protected.

- Machine pallet shrink wrap is commonly used for concealment of pallet orders. Opaque pallet wrap works great for blocking UV rays. After approximately 2 wraps, the pallet products are protected and concealed.

Narrow pallet shrink wrap
- Narrow pallet shrink wrap is made from narrow width stretch film that stretches more than the wider widths while still retaining much of its memory/recovery properties. This allows the stretch wrap to form fit items - tightly banding them together.

- Regular pallet wrapping can be tough on the hands, pallet wrap dispensers make the operation smoother and less stressful.
- Hand pallet wrap dispenser can make it far easier to prepare even the largest consignment for shipping. Pallet wrap dispensers allow close wrapping of a pallet for improved stability.

- Pallet shrink covers provides protection against dust, moisture and UV rays.
- They provide long term storage for products sensitive to dust. Pallet shrink bags are ideal for securing odd shaped or heavy pallets which can be shrink wrapped for transport or storage to protect from the elements.
- Pallet covers can be used to store products in wet and humid environments. Condensation, humidity and moisture can damage and destroy products.
- Pallet covers help with load concealment during transport. Products within the shipment cannot be detected unless the film and top sheeting are removed. This helps to deter theft and unneeded difficulties during transportation and storage.
- Pallet shrink covers are also referred to as shrink bags or pallet bags. They are a large heavy duty gusseted bag designed to fit over a pallet. Pallet shrink covers come perforated on roll, in a poly blend equivalent to 500 gauge. Shrink bags requires heat to shrink heavy duty LDPE shrink film, the plastic shrinks conforming to the shape of the pallet and holding it tight.
